Pasella Bakes Refund / Replacement Policy

Thank you for purchasing Pasella Bakes products from Pasellabakes.com.au. We believe you would enjoy consuming these products as much as we enjoy preparing them. Pasella Bakes food products are created with love, care and made to the highest quality standards possible but in the highly unlikely event that any of these food products arrived damaged, spoiled or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away so we can arrange a replacement product of the same kind. Food items are not eligible for a refund but will be replaced if they arrived damaged, spoiled or contaminated, in such case a claim needs to be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase.

For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened, in its original condition, the way you receive it and undamaged in any way. If you purchased the item you request a refund for, as part of a bundled purchase, the complete bundle needs to be returned unopened, in its original condition, the way you receive it and undamaged in any way, within 7 calendar days of the purchase.

After we receive your item(s), our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund where eligible.

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If your parcel arrive damaged, please take photos indicating the damage, before opening it for further inspection as well as some photos of the damaged items once opened, to support your refund claim, please contact our customer support team within 7 calendar days of the purchase.
